Our Shipping Policies
If we signal you to return your product, please communicate with us to receive a mailing address for return.  We'll respond quickly. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. That way we can each guarantee the receipt of your item(s).

Our Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours from being received.  When we cannot meet this expectation due to conditions like COVID, we will email you on receipt of your order and give you a specific expectation of fulfillment time.  

Orders are typically shipped during the week and if ordered on weekends are packed and prepped, then shipped on the next business day.  If we are experiencing high order volume due to a holiday rush or we are experiencing shipping or ingredient delays due to circumstances like COVID we will alert our customer within 24 hours after receipt of their order.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping options and price depend on the weight of what you order and where you'd like it mailed.  

Disclaimer: If you are ordering internationally, please be patient and we'll email you specifics about period of time for arrival.  Depending on customs policies by country, most international orders will take 8-10 business days to ship out.  We work to expedite this whenever we can.  

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon placement of your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive confirmation, check your cart to be sure your order has processed or check your email's spam filter.  Details of your order will be clearly stated on the customs form for minimum hassle to you.  When your order is fulfilled and shipped you will receive tracking information by email and you can sign up for tracking alerts via our ordering system. 

SLOANE MARLEY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order and cannot predict when customs will add taxes or tariffs.  We use standard international shipping with insurance so in most cases additional fees are not an issue.  However, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SLOANE MARLEY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save and photograph all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  We will do our best to make it right for you.

We ship to the following countries using USPS International services with insurance.

Returns Policy

Return requests are individually reviewed.  Please submit your request and all supporting information to us to be considered.  Our maker/founder reviews all return requests for maximum customer service and quality control.  The customer will be responsible for return shipping, should a return be issued.  Please ship via USPS standard ground and return all product that is within consideration for the return.  Return requests are only considered for the first 2 weeks after receiving a product.  When a return is received and agreed to your refund will happen immediately as soon as the product is received.
